Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
1. The short version.
The developer does not collect your data. There are no accounts, no servers storing your records, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
2. What stays on your device.
Everything you create — stones, photographs, audio notes, dealers, business-card images, prices, negotiation history, your profile and your settings — is stored in your browser’s local storage on that device only. It is never sent to the developer.
3. Camera, microphone and recognition.
The camera and microphone are used only while you are capturing. Business-card recognition runs entirely on your device; card images are not uploaded anywhere. QR codes are decoded on the device.
4. The only outside connections.
The app loads itself and its recognition language files from a content delivery network the first time they are needed, and then works offline. If you enter a licence key, it is checked with the payment provider that issued it. If you use “Send feedback”, your email program sends a message to the developer containing whatever you write plus the app version and your record counts — no records and no photographs are attached.
5. Payment.
Payments are handled by a third-party merchant of record. Card details are entered on their systems and are never seen by the developer or by the app. That merchant’s own privacy policy applies to the purchase.
6. Personal data of third parties.
When you scan a business card or save a dealer’s contact details, you are recording another person’s personal data. In relation to that data you act on your own behalf, not the developer’s, and you are responsible for handling it lawfully — including under GDPR, Thailand’s PDPA or any other applicable law.
7. Deleting everything.
Account → Data → Delete all data erases every record on the device. Clearing the site’s data in your browser removes everything including the app’s cache. Neither action can be undone, and the developer holds no copy to restore from.
8. Children.
The software is intended for professional use and is not directed at anyone under 16.
9. Contact.
Questions about this policy go to the feedback address in Account → Data.
