How it works

A record of what you saw at a show: the stone, the dealer, the price. Everything stays on your phone and works without a signal.

At the stand

1. Set the stand.

Scan the dealer’s QR or photograph their business card. Recognition runs on your phone and fills in the company, contact, phones, email and messengers — check them, add the stand number, confirm. Every stone you capture from then on is attached to this dealer until you change it.

2. Capture the stone.

Tap the shutter for a photo, hold it to record video. Video shows brilliance and colour shift that a photo cannot. Use the flashlight in poor light, or add an image from your gallery when a dealer sends one.

3. Enter the price.

The largest field, first: the amount, the currency, and whether it is per carat, per stone or per lot. The app computes the rest.

4. Say the rest out loud.

Hold the microphone and describe the stone — species, origin, weight, treatment. The recording is attached to the stone; fill in the fields later from it.

5. Set a status.

Shortlist, maybe, no, bought. Move to the next stand.

Everything else can be added in the evening.

In the evening

Complete the records.

Open any stone and tap a field to edit it. Weight, dimensions, colour, clarity, inclusions, origin, certificate.

Treatment has two fields, deliberately.

What the dealer said, and what a certificate confirms. They are not the same claim, and the difference is what protects you later.

Negotiation.

Asked price, your offer, what was agreed, the terms, and the date the price is held until.

Compare.

Select stones of the same species and see them side by side — price per carat, weight, colour, treatment, origin.

Wanted list.

Write down what you are looking for — species, weight range, maximum price per carat. Stones that match are marked as you capture them.

Sending to a client

Open a stone and tap Share. Choose a client price — enter it, or apply a markup to what the dealer asked.

The dealer’s price and the dealer’s identity are never included. What goes out is the photo or clip, the description, and your price.

Your data

Everything is on this device. Nothing is sent anywhere, and nothing is stored on a server.

Export a backup regularly.

Nobody can restore your records for you. Account → Data. A backup is one file: keep it in your cloud drive or email it to yourself.

Export to CSV or Excel at any time, on any plan, to work with your records elsewhere.

Delete all data

erases everything on the device and cannot be undone.

Install it

Add the app to your home screen — Account → Install. It then opens full screen, works with no signal, and your data is safer from being cleared by the browser.

At the show without signal

Everything works offline: capture, recognition, video, voice, editing, export. Prepare once while you have a connection: open the app, let the recognition data download, and install it to the home screen.

Your own QR

Account → My QR code turns your details into a code any phone camera can read. A dealer scans it and has your contact without typing.
